ORDERING

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes – you can. However as we’re not always near the phone, we’d prefer it if you pop an order through our website so we can process your order much faster. Or, if you have some problems doing this, you can email contact@bananasafari.com However, if technology really isn’t your friend, we welcome phone orders too.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

We take all major debit and credit cards.  We use a secure payment gateway through Payfast.

DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE?

If you have a discount code simply pop it in at the checkout. If you would like a discount code please sign up to our newsletter where you’ll be the first to know about any special offers.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

WHERE’S MY PARCEL?

Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive once you placed your order and it’s been dispatched from our studio. You can Track your parcel on the courier site once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

To get our splendid products delivered to you, there is a standard delivery fee charged.

Shipping Options

  1. Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days – R155
  2. Courier (Standard): 3–5 business days – R108 
  3. Courier (Economy):  (temporarily unavailable)
  4. Local Pickup – FREE
  5. Free Shipping* – FREE

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA?

We currently only deliver within South Africa due to high international shipping costs.
However, if you’d like to arrange your own international courier to collect your parcel, you are welcome to do so.

AM I ABLE TO RETURN SOMETHING?

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return all or part of your order, you have 10 days from arrival to notify us and return the item for a refund. Please see our Delivery & Return information.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY. WHAT CAN I DO?

We’re very sorry that you’ve received a faulty item. You can send the return to us for a full refund or we can exchange the item at no extra cost. Please do let us know which option you’d prefer before returning the item by emailing us at contact@bananasafari.com

DO I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?

We’ll cover the cost of the return for products that are faulty. If you’ve just changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of return. Please see our refund policy

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. . We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please see our refund policy

CAN I BECOME AN AGENT?

Yes please! If you have a physical shop, and  would like to buy our products and resell them in your shop, contact us.
